Holly Tyler, Osteopath

I’m an osteopath with a whole-person approach to pain, recovery and wellbeing, combining hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and lifestyle support to help patients move and feel better.

My work is based on the understanding that pain, recovery and wellbeing are rarely influenced by one thing alone. The body, mind, lifestyle, stress levels, movement habits and personal goals can all play a role in how someone feels and how they recover.

I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. This may include osteopathic treatment, rehabilitation, movement advice and lifestyle support, depending on what is most appropriate for the person in front of me.

Alongside osteopathy, I have a particular interest in gut health, hormonal health, nutrition and naturopathic medicine. I’m especially interested in the connection between the gut and wider health, including immunity, inflammation, hormones and the nervous system. This is why I take a holistic approach when supporting patients with their symptoms and overall wellbeing.

Other areas of interest include neuroscience, nervous system regulation techniques and women’s health, particularly perimenopause related support.

I believe movement should feel supportive, achievable and enjoyable. My role is not only to help patients move better, it’s to help them find forms of movement that suit their body, lifestyle and goals.

Outside of clinic, I enjoy pilates, weightlifting, hiking, calisthenics and wild swimming. Spending time outdoors is a big part of my own wellbeing, and I bring that same appreciation for sustainable, realistic lifestyle habits into my work with patients.

Above all, I want patients to feel listened to, understood and confident that their care is tailored to them as a whole person – not just their symptoms.
