Kirstie has been Sam’s massage therapist since Sam moved back from London in 2020 to her hometown! Being an active person with an active job Sam was used to recieving regular massage but was no longer able to see her therapist in London and went on the hunt round Hitchin for the best massage therapist she could find. After trying many practitioners, cycling through therapists who were too soft, too hard, not listening to her needs, not having proper consultations etc. Sam finally found Kirstie and never looked back. It was Kirstie’s warm manner, calming personality and attention to Sam’s massage requirements that won her over: Kirstie was the full therapist package! Her ability to adapt each appointment to Sam’s needs was very important because, due to having fibromyalgia, Sam may need a different approach each time she recieves treatment and Kirstie nailed it every single time.

Kirstie has had the honour of treating a wide variety of people, from triathletes to weightlifters, office workers to tradesmen, active Annie’s to couch-based Colin’s. She also treats a range of aches, pains and conditions which include general work-related discomfort, sports injuries, pre- and post- sports event muscle soreness, post-operative patients, lymphodema, scars arising from accidents, C-sectins or other major surgeries and many more.

Kirstie will often combine her techniques depending on your consultation and will happily use her skills in cupping and acupuncture to enhance your treatment and level-up your results so you leave the clinic feeling more refreshed that ever and looking forward to your next appointment.

She can also provide deep tissue and more relaxing variations to her sports massage for people who work long hours and are struggling with tension, stress and day to day aches and pains. Before booking she is happy to discuss your needs, answer your questions and advise you on the best way forward to get you back to full health.

In her spare time, Kirstie can be found enjoying the benefits of cold water therapy, going for a walk or a run to stay active and experiencing the delights of the Norths Herts cafe’s and restaurants, because, like Sam and Tas, she’s a bit of a foodie as well!
